In order to guarantee to all its customers an operative after sales management, Eurosicma has invested on its internal structure for the creation of an efficacious support department organized in 3 different levels:

• Inside the factory: all customers can contact the support department by phone, e-mail or fax. They can discuss problems about machinery in different language, such as Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.

Every issue will be taken immediately into consideration by our team of specialized engineers. If required, it is possible to send us the executable files contained in the machine’s computer in order to verify and, in case, modify data parameters.

• At customers’ plants: a qualified engineer team, constantly employed outside Eurosicma, will come directly where required. Installations, start-ups, ordinary and exceptional maintenance- booked or not-, training of personnel, both operator or maintenance workers, are some of the major duties accomplished by our qualified Specialists. Eurosicma’s skilled staff can be helpful to customers’ internal activity of research and development (for example on the research of material used). Customers receive also electric and mechanical consultancy. All this established a trustful relationship between the Customer and Eurosicma.

TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS

Part of Eurosicma’s team in constantly employed by our customers plant.
Installations, start-ups, ordinary and exceptional  maintenance, booked or not, training of personnel, both operator or maintenance workers, are major duties developed by our qualified Specialists.
All Eurosicma’s Specialist, with their background, can be helpful to customer’s  internal activity of research and development (for ex on the research of material used).
Customers also receive electric and mechanical consultancy and builds a trustful relationship with Eurosicma and its Engineers and specialists.

When customers chooses Eurosicma they are never left alone!!!


SPARE PARTS

A spare parts Department is meant to ensure short time response and quick delivery for all customers. The use of standards electromechanical components across the range of products is a big advantage for customers: Eurosicma ensures the availability of spare parts through a stock at the warehouse as well as the compatibility of those parts originally supplied with the machines. This is due to a constant and continuous research and development of the Automation Department. Many parts are available in stock, whereas special processing are made upon request. Eurosicma is even able to supply spare parts for machines that were delivered more than 40 years ago. When a company chooses Eurosicma, it is never left alone!

TRAINING

The greater is the knowledge of the machine, the greater will be its use. This will improve productivity and reduce problems. Directly at customer’s plants or in our Head offices, Eurosicma offers an important service training by qualified staff. This training provides a theoretical part, carried out using IT and presentations, and some practical exercises on the machine. Trainings can be made at different levels: operator, maintainer, supervisor. When a company chooses Eurosicma, it is never left alone!
