Internal Technical Support Department

All Customers can contact the internal Department by phone, skype, email or fax, explaining any kind of issue they are facing in different languages, such as English, French, German, Spanish and Turkish. Every mechanical, electrical and software issues will be taken immediately into consideration by our Team of specialized engineers, full day involved in this job.

In case there isn’t any possibility of direct remote access to the control unit, it is possible to send us the executable files contained in the machine’s computer in order to verify and, in case, modify data and parameters.
